1. Eligibility and Website Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or book services. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the site.

2. Services Offered

Maid from Heaven Cleaning Services provides residential, commercial, event, move-in/move-out, and specialty cleaning services throughout New Jersey, subject to availability. Services are performed by company employees (not independent contractors), unless otherwise disclosed in writing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, pricing, or offering at any time.

3. Quotes, Bookings, Deposits, and Payments

Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ from what was disclosed.

Deposits & Recurring Payments

Some services may require a deposit to secure booking. Recurring services may be billed automatically according to the agreed schedule. By booking recurring services, you authorize Maid from Heaven Cleaning Services to charge the selected payment method on file.

Payment Methods

We accept approved electronic payments, credit/debit cards, cash, and other methods disclosed at booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, or failure to provide access to the property, may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and requested services

• Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to service

• Disclose hazards, heavy buildup, biohazards, or special instructions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or undisclosed fragile items.

6. Satisfaction Policy and Limited Warranty

If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond what is expressly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under New Jersey law, Maid from Heaven Cleaning Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, and logos are the intellectual property of Maid from Heaven Cleaning Services. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Refusal or Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
